[00:00:01] Speaker A: Did you know that the pet care industry is a billion dollar industry and it is continuously growing? But are the people who care for your pets growing as well? I'm Dara Forleo and on the business of pet care we are going to talk about what really goes on behind the scenes of those grooming tables, those daycare walls and those social media filters. Welcome to the business of pet care. I am your host, Dara Forleo. And you know people are spending quite a bit of time online and I know because I am, I live behind my computer screens. But you know, you might be searching for something many business owners still are not quite understanding, something about this calm and emotional connection and some authentic moments that might help you reset without having to go to YouTube and get the commercials. Today's guest, we are talking about exploring whether live virtual interactions with cats. Yes, cats. And you know, you know my cats here, how they are, but how they are becoming legitimate business categories. Right? And not just entertainment, but, but emotional wellness. So today I am joined by Ivan Alvarez and he is the founder of Paw Vibe Z. And this is a platform that is actually connecting people around the world with live cats through short zoom experiences designed to create calm, emotional, that connection and that mindful interruption during your ridiculously crazy days on your computer screens. Ivan, thank you so much for being here. How are you today? [00:02:07] Speaker B: We are very excited and grateful to be here in your show. Dara, thank you so much for having us together with or to surprise guests that you will see later. [00:02:21] Speaker A: We are looking forward to this. This is going to be a one of a kind show for sure. So, so Ivan and I have been talking like all week going, okay, how's this going to work? How are we going to do this? What is going to happen? And it is just incredible to have been able to pull this off. Tell me first I want to know what is it you are solving. Tell us why you created Paw Vibe Z and what this does. [00:02:51] Speaker B: Yes, was born from a personal experience. It was born when I met a tortoise shell cat called Missy, CMS cat called Mia, and an orange cat called Ruby. Each of them with their own extraordinary personality. And they had such a powerful impact on myself. I, when I met them, by just watching them, the way they behave, the way they stare to the window or to the horizon, the way they move their ears, the way they shake their head, everything, I became absolutely fascinated and for me was such a life lesson to meet them. Because cats are so powerful. We have so much to learn and they know it. Yeah. And they know it. We have so much to learn from them as humans, from their resilience, their curiosity, their independence. They such a beautiful creatures. And this is how Popeyes was born. [00:04:20] Speaker A: Okay, so tell me a little bit about what it is because this is even I was like, what, what am I, what are we doing here? So it's very, very interesting business model. I mean, I don't think there's anything like this out there. [00:04:38] Speaker B: There's nothing like this yet. This is the first world's cat on thumb platform. But the most important thing is not that it's the first, the important thing, it's the value that you can get from this experience. This cats that I was talking about, they live with my mother and I used to do video calls with them through WhatsApp every single day. And suddenly I clicked and figured out how to, how if we did this on Zoom for, for everyone else, for specifically for people that don't have cats that haven't discovered this world yet. [00:05:26] Speaker A: Yeah, no, that's a great thing because there are people who are allergic and can't go and, and even volunteer their time at shelters, but they still are animal lovers. And yes, this is a great, great opportunity in a great way. Can we bring one? We got one of our, our guest. Guest. Should I call them our resident kitties? [00:05:50] Speaker B: Yes, let's do that and see what this is, what this looks like we have. [00:06:00] Speaker A: There we go. [00:06:02] Speaker B: Yeah. That's Fuby with her mom Christina in New Mexico. Hello. Look at that beautiful creature. [00:06:15] Speaker A: He is stunning. [00:06:17] Speaker B: Just watch how, how she, how she behaves. How do you feel when you, when you, when you see her? [00:06:29] Speaker A: I want to reach out and that nose. [00:06:33] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah. Well, boobies is so well behaved and there's such a beautiful story behind Booby and Christina that I will tell you a little later. That's also very significant on the business. But look at her. She looks like a kitten, but she's already a 12 year old lady. Look, look at, look how she looks at the screen. She says, she said one of these. Look at this. [00:07:00] Speaker A: I love it. [00:07:01] Speaker B: I, I, this, this is the proof what, what we're feeling that right now. It makes me feel so grounded when I see her. Yeah, this is, this is the proof through technology. [00:07:18] Speaker A: Kittens are like, yes, you gotta have those. Yeah. And then I'm seeing in the, the backdrop, we got Garfield in the backdrop who's like, I just want to go to bed. [00:07:30] Speaker B: And there, there's Garfield. [00:07:32] Speaker A: Garfield. [00:07:34] Speaker B: Oh my God. Garfield is connecting from Portugal with her cat mom Kirana and Garfield is the most well behaved orange daddy cat you can ever. Oh, he just jumped away of course. Right, that's, that's part of the experience. There he is jumping on, on the, on the chair. It's 10 o' clock in Portugal so it's kind of like the zoomies time. [00:08:00] Speaker A: Yeah, [00:08:02] Speaker B: yeah. Look, look at him. [00:08:04] Speaker A: Look, look show offs. [00:08:07] Speaker B: Look how. Yeah. [00:08:09] Speaker A: Oh, sorry, we're disturbing slumber tonight. [00:08:14] Speaker B: Yeah, there he is, there he is. And this also has such a beautiful story behind Garfield and Kirana that I will tell you a little later. Oh, this echo right there. Yeah. Kirana you have to mute. There you go. Now Kiran is muted. [00:08:40] Speaker A: So this is really interesting stuff. I mean so this is something that the you know, like you said, helping the emotional side and you know, these live interactions and really just being able to have this on the computer screen or having it up to be able to pop into and see what's going on. What, what are customers actually purchasing here? [00:09:10] Speaker B: Yes, customers are, are buying and an emotional experience. The value is on the emotional feeling during and after the session. I have witnessed myself on every single session that we have done that we have done with different individuals groups and even with the school I have witnessed myself. For example, we recently did a session with the school and you had to see how the kids open their eyes. Shall make over here how the kids opened their eyes, how they giggled, how much curiosity they had watching, watching the cats. [00:10:05] Speaker A: Yeah, this is amazing. We're going to talk a little bit more about this. We got to take a quick break but when we come back we are going to talk about how do you validate whether an unconventional idea like this actually becomes a commercial potential. And we're going to examine that business, the, the mechanics behind this. Okay, so stay tuned. We will be right back. [00:10:36] Speaker B: Okay, see you. [00:11:02] Speaker A: Welcome back to the business of pet care. One of the hardest parts of launching any unconventional concept is proving people will actually return to pay and engage consistently. Not just out of curiosity, but because the experience creates lasting value. And we are back with Ivan. How, how are we doing here? [00:11:31] Speaker B: We, we're doing great. [00:11:32] Speaker A: We're doing great here. [00:11:34] Speaker B: Enjoying so much. [00:11:36] Speaker A: Tell me, what are some early signals that made you really believe that this idea had some potential? And, and maybe I know you said it comes from, from you having the experiences, but what, what else made this go. [00:11:52] Speaker B: Yeah, that, that's the million dollar question. [00:11:56] Speaker A: Yeah, it always is. Right? [00:11:59] Speaker B: And, and yes you can, you can witness yourself right now staring at the screen, seeing, seeing, seeing booby just laying down, stretching, breathing Licking a chew, staring at the camera or even ignoring you, that kind of feelings is something that you are not going to find anywhere else and you're not going to find on a pre recorded video. That's, that's, that's how the life experience makes it different. [00:12:41] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:12:42] Speaker B: And, and on every session that we have done, everybody has come out with a smile, with a better feeling. There's, there's a scientific evidence on this. There's studies that say that watching a cat video during that 10 minutes is going to make you happier. [00:13:03] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:13:03] Speaker B: So 4 by C makes the difference, making this experience life. And this is something that, it's really makes a great difference because it's, it's unpredictable. It's just a cat being a cat. There's a very low pressure. There's no appearance here. Just watching the cats is what makes you feel better after the session. And she is very important because the emotional value is very important because that's what makes the people return and do again the experience. To be honest with you, we're validating this concept. We are on a early stage. That's why it's so important. And we are so grateful that we are with you now in. [00:14:13] Speaker A: When did you start this? [00:14:16] Speaker B: We started this six months ago. [00:14:20] Speaker A: Oh, so you're like this is your, this is your launch. [00:14:24] Speaker B: Yes. It sometimes takes, it takes time. It takes time. It does, it does, it does take. Because we are having visibility in terms of organic impressions and audience reach, we're having pretty good visibility and momentum. [00:14:47] Speaker A: Okay. [00:14:48] Speaker B: Now the biggest challenge is converting that visibility into, how do you say this word on a startup? Into traction. [00:15:04] Speaker A: Right. [00:15:04] Speaker B: When I say traction, I mean getting customers. Yeah, getting, getting bookings. [00:15:11] Speaker A: So that's what I was going to ask next is how, how is this. So walk me through that process of what it is because I looked on your website and went through and it's walk me through that process. [00:15:29] Speaker B: The process is very, very straightforward and very simple. There's, there's no friction. It's like one click away. We define it like in three steps. Number one, you choose the cat. Number two, you do the booking. Number three, you enjoy the session. [00:15:49] Speaker A: Okay, so it's just scheduling, it's like scheduling a meeting. [00:15:54] Speaker B: Yes, it's like as simple as scheduling a meeting. We have a Google form link on a website where you would just choose the, the day, the time and then you can choose from a list of 70 cats. [00:16:13] Speaker A: You have 70 cats that we can choose from? Okay. [00:16:16] Speaker B: Yeah. From 20 different countries around the world. [00:16:23] Speaker A: Okay. [00:16:24] Speaker B: And that's the magic. [00:16:25] Speaker A: That's from all over the world. [00:16:27] Speaker B: Yes. And they're classified geographically. [00:16:30] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:16:30] Speaker B: So if you are in the United States, then you can choose from that list. Obviously you can also choose another country. [00:16:37] Speaker A: Yeah. You could go. We could be world travelers through the eyes of these cats. [00:16:42] Speaker B: But you have to consider the time difference. But we have cats in Africa, we have cats in all around Europe. We have cats in the North America, Central America, Asia, in Indonesia, in Philippines, in Japan, in South Korea. [00:17:00] Speaker A: How do you find these? How do you vet the cats? [00:17:03] Speaker B: Well, this is also a very, very exciting story, Dara. This is the most exciting and most. This is the employment and business that I've had in my life that I most enjoy. [00:17:20] Speaker A: Okay. [00:17:21] Speaker B: Because. Because the purpose behind it, the mission behind it is so valuable for the. [00:17:28] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:17:30] Speaker B: And to answer your question, creating the team has been so, so grateful. It's already one of the greatest outcome or human and filling team is our greatest asset. We have been hiring the cat hosts and. Or cat specialists. That's how we call them. [00:17:57] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:17:58] Speaker B: Via. Via LinkedIn. [00:18:00] Speaker A: Okay. Via LinkedIn. That's the way. That's how you and I connected. Yeah. [00:18:04] Speaker B: Yes. [00:18:05] Speaker A: That's how I love LinkedIn. [00:18:07] Speaker B: That's how. How I encourage everybody who's watching this. Other pet businesses. [00:18:13] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:18:13] Speaker B: And other type of viewers now to network. Yes. [00:18:19] Speaker A: How do you, how do you get this so that you can just have a live stream going for, for people that are cycling through and it's just constantly going for people who work in kennels and daycares and at the pet stores when we're shopping. [00:18:40] Speaker B: Yes. That's, that's also also part of the, of the, of. Of the value. The, the, the variety. Yeah, the, the variety of the team. We have entrepreneurs, we have artists, we have veterinary specialists. And the reception has been so exciting because the entry barrier is so low. All you need to have is a cat and an Internet connection. And people feel so excited. One, because of the mission. Two, because now the cats pay their own rent. Kind of a joke. [00:19:27] Speaker A: They become an asset. [00:19:28] Speaker B: They become an asset. [00:19:30] Speaker A: But not that they already aren't. Let's, let's. Let's be clear. There they are. [00:19:34] Speaker B: They. [00:19:35] Speaker A: But they're earning their keep. [00:19:38] Speaker B: We want, we want to be ethic on that side. It's not about exploiting the cats. [00:19:44] Speaker A: Right. [00:19:44] Speaker B: Cat safety, animal welfare is our priority. These are very short sessions. It's 10 minutes only. [00:19:56] Speaker A: Okay. [00:19:57] Speaker B: We don't force the cat to do anything. You just have to point your camera. As you can see now, with how Booby is laying on the floor. Or how Garfield is grooming himself. [00:20:12] Speaker A: He's got his bath. Yes. [00:20:15] Speaker B: Yes. [00:20:15] Speaker A: They are both adorable. Oh, my goodness. They are both so cute. All right, Ivan, we gotta take another break. Another break real quick. What advice sounds exciting in this startup culture for you? But you know, this is like, this is tough. This is a really hard, hard passion project for you to push forward. How are you feeling about that? [00:20:43] Speaker B: Well, we have ups and downs, to be honest with you, but the mission is so meaningful, the purpose is so meaningful that we keep moving forward every single day. We're looking for support from other businesses. We're looking for partnerships for sponsorships, for, you know, pet companies, pet food companies, pet toy companies. The pet industry is so big. [00:21:18] Speaker A: Oh, it's huge right now. Huge. [00:21:19] Speaker B: You know about it better than anyone. And there's so huge opportunities and pet businesses are moving into the wellness area and they are moving into the experience area because it's not just about a physical product. It's about the experience. [00:21:39] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:21:39] Speaker B: And the, the cat, the cat trend on the Internet is, is so huge. [00:21:51] Speaker A: It is on the rise. Yeah. [00:21:53] Speaker B: I'm going to share with you a little later. Some, some stats. [00:21:56] Speaker A: Yeah, that'd be great. All right, we'll get to those stats here in a few minutes. We're going to take a quick commercial break and we will be right back. [00:22:03] Speaker B: Excellent. Foreign [00:22:31] Speaker A: welcome back to the business of pet care. Not just the emotional well being, but about the pet industry and how uniquely positioned. You have uniquely positioned yourself into this because cats are the fastest growing sector in the pet industry right now. I mean it's, it's incredible how, what are people, what do people believe or what do you believe people seek emotional comfort through the cats for even this digital. What are they looking for? [00:23:50] Speaker B: Yeah, actually it's surprising that digitally is not limiting the feelings digitally, it's even expanding that feeling of the physical presence. Why? Because it's accessible. You can do it anywhere. You can do it anytime. For people that have allergies for example, can also just watch the cat. So digital is the backbone that lets us feel this experience just like that. And also it's important the low pressure during our sessions. There's no script. It's just unpredictable. [00:24:45] Speaker A: Yeah. We can see in the backdrop there. It's like, where are we going now? And on we go. Ah, look at them. [00:24:54] Speaker B: Yeah, it's. It's kind of like getting a little bit over time for the cats because we usually use them 10 minutes. [00:25:03] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:25:04] Speaker B: So having them 40 is, deserves a crown for each. [00:25:09] Speaker A: Yeah, they're. They're superstars tonight. Oh, there we go. We got the good stuff out. Yeah, yeah, they deserve it. They'll deserve a can of tuna at the end of this too. [00:25:21] Speaker B: Yes. [00:25:22] Speaker A: Yeah, it really is. I mean the, you said it earlier, the wellness section of this and what this does also puts the. It really gets to showcase to people what it's like having a cat. I mean, that's another because some people, people don't know and then people get animals and don't know what to do with them or how to interact with them because it's a spur of the moment kind of a thing. And I mean this is a great way to position yourself also as not sure if you want a cat. Give us a try too because you can see, see what it's like to have one at home. [00:26:11] Speaker B: Yes. [00:26:12] Speaker A: They are very entertaining. [00:26:14] Speaker B: Yes. Dara, I think you are covering very important points because this raises broader and global awareness about pet ownership and about pet care and about pet adoption. There's people that never figure out how it is having a cat. So this is an opportunity for them to experience this. And also it's opportunity for PO by C to do partnerships and collaborations with pet adoption centers with different. We are targeting different kind of businesses and we're polishing the message to each of them. For example, also who, who's interested in this? What we are from. From generation Alpha to Generation C. Millennials, Baby boomers. [00:27:20] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:27:21] Speaker B: Generation X, which is my case science generation. So for each generation there's a different kind of like need. [00:27:31] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, that's interesting. I was going to get. You went right into it. So that's great. So who do you see as more active in this? What generation? [00:27:44] Speaker B: Yes. So for example, for younger generations it can be more entertainment focused. Benefit entertainment is kind of like watching to having a different space and they are so, so stuck to the tomb scrolling and to the daily Internet stuff that this, this makes them have a, a break and they are looking for a different experience. And also these generations, you know, part of them don't. Don't want to have kids. They just want to have pets. [00:28:19] Speaker A: Yeah, the. The average, I think, is. I think I just saw the statistic that the, the average, the millennial generation, they have two to four pets each. [00:28:29] Speaker B: Yes. That's incredible. [00:28:30] Speaker A: And they don't want to go anywhere without them. [00:28:33] Speaker B: That's true. That's true. There's also this trend that is also like, I don't know, what's the name that is they imitate pets. And also the. More like Generation X and boomers could be more focused on wellness. [00:28:50] Speaker A: Yeah, because that makes sense. They're in a travel stage, too. They're traveling on the road. They're maybe missing animals. How could this just now, now you got me thinking, because I think like, that business, how, how beneficial this could be so beneficial to nursing homes where they can't have animals. [00:29:14] Speaker B: Yes, yes. That. That is the emotional side, because it's entertainment, it's wellness, and it's also emotional care. And emotional care is also being taken care of. And there are people who are elder. They feel alone. There's isolation. There's an isolation pandemic. And this depends on the age. In Japan, for example, this is an important issue. So for people who feel isolated, for people who have divergence. Adh. Ahda. I remember exactly what were the words. [00:30:02] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, you're right. Adh. Yeah. [00:30:04] Speaker B: So, yeah, so we are not positioning as a therapy, and we are not saying this is like a medical service, but it definitely also helps this type of. Of. [00:30:19] Speaker A: Of. [00:30:20] Speaker B: Of. Of target. Of. Of. Of persons. Also, we are looking after corporations for. For employee culture. [00:30:31] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, I could see this for. For people who are working remote and. Or not not working remote, but that they're putting people back onto floors and into the businesses. Just real quick, just thinking, thinking about this. What. What can. What can others learn from the idea that. That a lot of consumers are really valuing this emotional outcome and not just the products and services. [00:31:10] Speaker B: Well, we can learn. Can you repeat the question, please? [00:31:16] Speaker A: Just like, what can other people. What can other business owners learn from this idea? Because I don't know if too many. This wellness idea is kind of new and it's very trendy right now in the industry that we're talking more not just about our own. We're talking more about pet wellness, but this is showcasing the pet wellness as much as our own wellness. [00:31:45] Speaker B: Yeah, I agree with that. Dara. What I will say that we are learning that I will recommend to go to other Tech businesses is to. Well, first of all you have to validate. You have to validate that your business has a market and that it works. You have to have patience and take time because it takes time to demonstrate the business. And also the wellness market is kind of a little bit saturated. There's so many wellness. [00:32:25] Speaker A: That's what we said. It's very trendy right now. The hot word that is being used [00:32:32] Speaker B: sometimes we avoid using the word wellness. We just focus, focus on the experience. [00:32:40] Speaker A: Okay. [00:32:41] Speaker B: And, and on the outcome, on the, on the emotions and also we live in the time economy. Getting people's attention is a really hard work to do because people are so distracted with so many media and so many news and so many things of people need to disconnect. So you I would recommend to have very thoughtful approach on the message on the online tools. Online is definitely a tool to get people together and also hybrid experiment, hybrid experience. [00:33:28] Speaker A: Yes, this is fantastic. Ivan, really quick we're going to take a break but tell people where you can be found. [00:33:37] Speaker B: Yes, you, you, you can find me on, on LinkedIn and or website. It's on our social profiles on Instagram and on X. It's at Paul P, A W Vibes C that's V, I B E S Z Vibes. [00:34:01] Speaker A: There we go. All right, well we're going to take a break. We will be right back after this message. [00:34:08] Speaker B: Fantastic. They're so well behaved. [00:34:34] Speaker A: Welcome back to the business of pet care. Don't miss a second of this show or any NOW Media TV favorites streaming live and on demand anytime. Grab the free Now Media TV app on Roku or ISO or listen to that podcast at Now Media TV or we are streaming 247 so the stories you care about are always within your reach. And we are back and I think we're going to get started right off this. Tell us some stats. You mentioned that in the last one. What do you got for us? We want to hear this. [00:35:18] Speaker B: Yes, I actually recently built a website which is called Cats and the Internet. I made this website with Claude and I got it from Wikipedia Cats on Internet article and I am fascinated with the results. You can see the link on my LinkedIn website. There's mind blowing numbers. Let me tell you. 6.5 billion estimated cat pictures on the Internet. More than 2 million cat videos on YouTube each average 12,000 views. 578 million total views of Maru the box loving Scottish fold cat. 2.59 million cat images manually annotated on Flickr. 1.5 million peak daily hits on ICANN has cheeseburger. 16 million views on poopy versus cat, which was the first viral video cat. And I could just go on. Yes. [00:36:32] Speaker A: Yeah, people love cats. [00:36:35] Speaker B: Cats. Cats are, is the unofficial Internet mascot. [00:36:42] Speaker A: Have you been to catcon? [00:36:46] Speaker B: I have seen it online and we hope to go on one of the next sessions. [00:36:52] Speaker A: All right. Because I'm seeing a lot of people that are going there and that would be a great place to connect. I mean people who are probably going there all have the cats, but yes, you know, they're also, they've got people to, to be able to introduce you to the people that need to see this. And again, I, I think you're missing a, a target audience here with some of those, the nursing homes. This would be amazing. I mean I know we have, you know, my, my grandmother when she was in the nursing home and they don't let you have your animals there. Yeah, this would have been huge for, for their well being as well. Because not all, all of them allow for the, again the animals to come in the therapy dogs. But this is just such a great, great way to, to do that for, for them. So I love this. So this is amazing. I am going to say, gosh, I don't even know. I'm still kind of speechless about what, what is what these guys are doing and even what you're doing with this. What a. What have you learned from this experience with growing this and how long did it take you to get started? [00:38:18] Speaker B: We, we are learning as we do. We are learning every single day. And what we are experimenting is we are doing a complimentary sessions so people come in and see how is the experience. Because this is Dara, this is like riding a bicycle. You don't learn from the theory. You have to ride it. You have to experience it. [00:38:45] Speaker A: Especially introducing something so unique as this. [00:38:49] Speaker B: Yes. [00:38:50] Speaker A: You don't have anybody. You can go, hey, let me make some ideas off of you. [00:38:57] Speaker B: This is why I'm so happy that we have Booby and Garfield on this interview. Because they, they make me feel grounded, they make me feel more secure, they make me feel more happy. This is the real, this is the, the proof that this is something worth worth doing. [00:39:22] Speaker A: It is totally worth doing. Absolutely. So when, how, how do you can. When, how do you, how does somebody consider becoming a host? [00:39:36] Speaker B: Yes. I think that the big takeaway. I want to, I want to leave. I want to leave on, on that business owners and viewers that are seeing this program is that people want more than just that content. They want real connection and presence and that's what Povise delivers. It's a real market for live, interactive animal wellness experience. [00:40:15] Speaker A: It is that. It is that. And we have had some. You have shared some. Two of the very coolest, sweetest boys with us today. [00:40:26] Speaker B: Yeah. And also, Dara, I want to emphasize this. I almost forget. We are creating content on social. We are backing up on organic growth. And for that you have to share interesting content. For example, I recently watched your most recent episode on this pet blogger that wrote about her dogs. [00:40:58] Speaker A: Oh, yeah, that was Bobby last week we did. And her newsletter. Yeah, that was. [00:41:04] Speaker B: It reminds me because part of the content that we share is not only how po vibes can be so beneficial for the person on the other side and how interesting for the cat hosts that you asked me about that. But we also share the story about the bond with the cat and the human, how they met each other, how much the cat means to them, how is the cat personality? For example, in the case of Garfield, he was a cat that he was not very well treated by his previous owner. So when he met Kiku and her husband, then he started to be taking care. And when Kiku and her husband were moving to another place and they were packing the things on the car, the cat was already sitting on the car waiting for them as if he knew what was going on. [00:42:07] Speaker A: Don't leave me behind. [00:42:09] Speaker B: Yes, exactly. [00:42:10] Speaker A: Yeah, I'm going to. Oh, my gosh. [00:42:13] Speaker B: Or for example, Booby. Booby was found by Christina, her catmon, when she was searching for her previous missing cat. You know how hard is when some of her cats get lost or get missing. Yeah. And so when she met Booby, the click was instant. It was love at first sight. So she, David, talked to her like say, hey, Booby. And that's how she got the name. So all these stories, they make me goosebumps. [00:42:48] Speaker A: Yes. [00:42:49] Speaker B: From every single cat that we have in the community, you have a story behind. And this is what makes also this experience so special and so emotional. And we write about this. We write articles about this. We post them on LinkedIn, we post. We post them on Instagram and we post them on X. And this is, this is very significant. [00:43:15] Speaker A: People love success stories like that too. [00:43:19] Speaker B: Yes. Emotions is, at the end of the day, what moves the world. [00:43:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:43:25] Speaker B: And we are looking to have PR coverage. We want to go beyond online. We want to go also on print. We also want to go on tv. That's why this that we're doing with you for us is very important to have visibility. If anybody from the Media is hearing us reach us. We're looking. [00:43:48] Speaker A: I can, I can make an introduction for you. Look, watch the video of Mary Tanner because that's what she specializes in and she was on the show. She's amazing. [00:44:00] Speaker B: I, I, I've seen Mary. I have contact here through LinkedIn. LinkedIn is a very powerful tool. You have to be patient. Sometimes takes time to be responded. You, you have to send that personalized message. It's not just, you know, copying and pasting. Sending a code at the end not always work. [00:44:24] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:44:24] Speaker B: From, from 300 DMS that you send. You make it one response. [00:44:31] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, that is true. It is tough. And Bobby, Bobbi and I talked about that last week and she's, she, yeah, her and I talked about that. But Ivan, this was wonderful. Thank you so much for allowing and, and bringing on these two with us. And thank you ladies, for, for sharing your time and your boys and girls with us. And they were an absolute pleasure to have on the show. Ivan, before we wrap this up, tell people one more time. I'd love to tell where they can find you, how they get to you and hey, what they need to do. Click and come look at these awesome cats. [00:45:20] Speaker B: Thank you so much, Dara.
